Current scene

The Current scene dropdown selects the scene shown on connected backstage displays. Next scene → advances to the next scene in production order. If no scene is selected, it selects the first scene. It stops at the final scene. Selecting a scene does not change your mic allocations. OSC messages can also change the current scene. See Selecting and Advancing Scenes.

Show summary

The summary displays the number of:
  • Radio packs.
  • Characters.
  • Detected swaps.
  • Unresolved conflicts.
Allocations marked as intentional are excluded from the unresolved conflict count.

Mic plot

The Mic plot shows physical mics down the left and scenes across the top. Use this view to edit allocations, fill them forward and clear a mic across the show.

Character plot

The Character plot shows characters down the left and scenes across the top. Cells show mic numbers and handovers involving that character. Allocations are edited in the Mic plot.

Actor plot

The Actor plot groups characters by the actor playing them. This is useful when one actor plays several characters: their allocations appear together in one row. Characters without an assigned actor appear separately.

Backstage swaps

Backstage swaps lists detected handovers in scene order. You can review their timing, correct individual completion states and reset completion tracking before the next performance.

Production setup

Use Production setup to manage:
  • The production name.
  • Characters.
  • Actors and character-to-actor links.
  • Scenes and their order.
  • The number of mics.
  • Optional incomplete-handover alerts.

Network setup

Network setup contains the display server and OSC settings. It also provides backstage display links, QR codes, browser preview buttons and Crew password controls. Network settings belong to the controlling computer rather than the show file.
